Jarrow's Max Boz cost me $15.95 for 90 500mg capsules, a month's supply at better life, you may find it even cheaper elsewhere.

Pat how's the guai programme going.?I know this means most herbal remedies have to be avoided. Have you thought about bromelain, wobenzyme or serrapepetase? they should be alright. I found these three when looking for alternatives to heparin, they help with inflammation, joint repair, and more too.

Thanks for asking Tansy.

It's going well, I think. The doctor increased mine to 1800 a day now and have had lots of pain but the good news is as I think that my hip/butt pain is fms related as that also increased, if it weren't I don't think it would have increased.

Anyway, the mri showed a degenated disk starting so decided I best take some calcium. Well the long and short of that is the one recommended has magnesium in it and believe it's helping the pain.

I also have had a case of IBS today so with the zma and the calcium having magnesium I might be getting to much. Also saw the movie "The Passion" last night so that might have triggered the IBS. I know that sounds huhbut was very emotional for me.

So there you have it!! LOL! sure got more than you asked for didn't you?

Enjoy your post keep them coming.
gentle hugs

Asking, "What is the meaning of it all?" may be like asking, "What is the melody of this piano?"
