I use a lot of aids and equipment but one of the cheapest and most successful things I've used is a cushion similar to the one Avon in the UK sell as the Curve Right Support Pillow as can be seen at:

http://www.avonshop.co.uk/catalog.asp?id=4373.

I have terrible problem with my lower spine, pelvic girdle and legs. I have to sleep on my side. A PT asked me if I used a pillow between my thighs to keep my hips in the right position, I'd just not thought about that. What's more I'd been lying with my legs in the worst position possible to cut down on the pain in my legs.

Well I tried but it wasn't wholly successful. Then I came across a product similar to the one mentioned above and that helped a lot more. This and having the right mattress have been really important to me.

Asking, "What is the meaning of it all?" may be like asking, "What is the melody of this piano?"

That foot massager really looks neat too. It has been a while since I read these posts. Anyone use a foot massager?

Fancy, I have a foot massager, but until I read your post I had forgotten about it.

Boy is that frustrating. You get stuff to help you feel better & your fibro brain won't let you remember you have it!! undecided
